All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please ensure that all information, including item selection, quantity, and shipping details, is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders require up to 10 business days for processing and shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
After a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer. If the shipping address provided is correct and the tracking status shows “delivered,” no refund or replacement will be issued.
In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or not received after delivery confirmation, customers will be required to repurchase the item(s) at the listed price, including standard shipping fees.
