Please review your shipping address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All orders are processed and shipped within our stated processing timeframe. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
